About Us
NSDT has been acting as a community hub and local enterprise since 1992. Since the transformation of the Brasshouse in 2014 following a major redevelopment we are going from strength to strength.

As a small local charity we are passionate about working with business and partners to support and develop local people and communities as part of our Strategic Development Plan.

About this post
We are now seeking the appointment of a dynamic and driven individual as our Chief Executive Officer to help us build on the success of the last 24 years. The Board of Trustees are seeking a CEO who will maximise the opportunities to lead our organisation into an exciting phase in its development. We are looking for a person who has proven experience in balancing an inspiring vision along with innovative ideas who has a strategic and creative approach as well as business acumen to developing our social enterprises.

The post will be based at Brasshouse in North Smethwick with outreach work with partner organisations. Some evening and weekend work will also be required from time to time.

The post is offered as a permanent position on a 35 hour week basis
Salary is £35,000 per annum
