Have you noticed that on the whole secondary school pupils (especially the boys) on the way to school are so scruffy?  For example, large knotted loose ties, and shirts outside their trousers.

I have addressed this question with a number of schools, and they tell me that their focus is pupils passing exams – it’s up to others the assist them to get ‘work ready’.

I was wondering who the ‘others’ are?

Any views?

Kindest regards
