I had an interesting debate today with Bev Ramsell, Head of Business Development, Walsall College, on whether being an entrepreneur is ‘in the blood’, or if it can be taught or learnt?

My own view, it is either in you, or it isn’t … in the same way, there are innovators and managers in most businesses. It is however the duty of managers to make sure entrepreneurs and innovators have the freedom and space to blossom.
