The Castlemill Dudley office which covers Dudley, Sandwell, Wolverhampton and Walsall, is looking to recruit to the following posts:

Home Support Deputy Manager
The role involves assisting the Home Support Manager in the day to day management and administration of the service, to ensure that an effective and high quality service is delivered to people with dementia, their carer’s and families. You will co-ordinate, supervise, motivate and support the Home Support Workers and ensure work is carried out in accordance with the Society’s policies and quality standards and to deputise for the Home Support Manager when required. You may be required to cover for Home Support Workers home visits when on annual leave and sick leave to help maintain commissioned outcomes.

The role is for a fixed 12 month term. The salary is £18,931 p.a. for a 35 hour week.

Home Support Worker –  18 – 35 hours per week
A Home Support Worker is required for with expertise to provide care and support for people with dementia in their own homes. You will provide both practical care and emotional support to your own caseload of clients. In addition to developing individual care plans and risk assessments, you will engage clients in a range of stimulating activities. You will help with domestic tasks and explore ways to maintain their life skills and fulfil their potential. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an understanding of people living with dementia.

The role is permanent. The salary is £8,718 p.a. (actual depending on hours worked).

Home Support Worker – 15 hours per week
A Home Support Worker is required for with expertise to provide care and support for people with dementia in their own homes. You will provide both practical care and emotional support to your own caseload of clients. In addition to developing individual care plans and risk assessments, you will engage clients in a range of stimulating activities. You will help with domestic tasks and explore ways to maintain their life skills and fulfil their potential. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an understanding of people living with dementia

The role is for a fixed term to 31 May 2017 (maternity cover). The salary is £7,265 p.a. (£9.31 per hour).
