Wider Impact is delighted to have supported the Birmingham & Black Country Community Foundation / Fair Share Trust deliver the Gateway Enterprise Centre on the Alumwell Estate, Walsall.

The Centre has also received support from Walsall Council, which in partnership with Birmingham & Black Country Community Foundation / Fair Share Trust has enabled the Centre to be ‘open for business’.  First ‘customers’ will include local young people, who will for the first time have a base to call their own.

Birmingham & Black Country Community Foundation Interim CEO Shamiela Ahmed (pictured bottom left) says,‘It is wonderful to see the Gateway Enterprise Centre open for business and rewarding to have played a role in making this happen.  We would like to to thank Wider Impact and their Associates for their tremendous support and expertise over the last year.  There is still lots to do, but the Alumwell Estate has a lasting legacy that will make significant differences to so many local peoples’ lives’.
